Bookings & payments

Tour prices, availability, and itineraries are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when accepted by our team and reflected in your account. Commission and balance rules shown in your dashboard apply to eligible bookings.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change policies depend on the specific tour and are communicated at booking time. Contact support as early as possible if you need to modify your trip.

Account use

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. One active destination commitment may apply per account as described on the destinations page. Misuse, fraud, or abuse of referral or withdrawal features may result in account suspension.

Limitation of liability

Nordic Tours acts as a travel agency coordinating third-party services. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport delays, or force majeure affecting travel plans.
